Stay in Glendale
4/5 We waited until check in time and when we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned. Called the owner, and he promptly arranged for a cleaning company to come. We left for a bit and it was spic & span when we got back.
The condo itself was cute, but we were surprised that the only bathroom was through the bedroom. It made it kind of awkward because we had brought a guest who slept on the couch.
Upstairs, the people were very noisy, stomping around until after 1:00 in the morning.
Overall, our stay was good, but I rated it 4 stars because there were too many surprises.
Clean and Simple
3/5 Our experience with this rental is that it is very basic but clean. What is listed in the description is all that is there. We did have to deal with the lack of supplies but that was handled by the Property Manager. There is very limited TV ie no ESPN.
Arizona Condo
3/5 The condo itself was great! It had everything we needed. The manager was prompt at getting back to us when there we had a question. We do feel like the pool area and hot tub area were not as advertised. Really no where to sit outside and enjoy the evening.
