A wonderful property!
5/5 The property is extremely charming. What you see online is exactly what you get - a clean/well-appointed 3 bedroom cottage with a brand new casita out back.
We were amazed by how private the casita was. We could not hear the other guests in our party who were staying in the main house. That bodes well for people like us who were on different sleep schedules.
It’s very well located. It’s on a quiet street in the incredibly quaint Arcadia neighborhood.
It’s a 10 minute stroll to trendy La Grande Orange for coffee/breakfast & Postino’s for lunch/dinner/happy hour.
Kachina Park is only a few minutes walk as well. Great if you have kids in your party.
Many neighbors of all ages were out & about walking, running, riding bikes, etc. The area has such a nice sense of community.
There are also many nice places just a short drive away on Camelback Road (between Biltmore Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale). The Henry, Flower Child, & Hillstone's were all excellent.
If you’re in the market for a massage, I highly recommend the Alvadora Spa at The Royal Palms resort. It’s like stepping into a European villa. So peaceful/beautiful!
