Family vacation for daughters graduation at ASU
5/5 We have no complaints at all, the house was immaculate and even nicer in person. Great location, around the corner from Safeway and 20 min to ASU. We highly recommend, the pool was refreshing and the view was relaxing. The host Nick was friendly and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway House
5/5 House was just as described and communication with the property manager was fast. The house was exactly what we needed for our long weekend mini vacation. Easy access to grocery stores and to all the excursions we went on. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.

Perfect fit for our family gathering
4/5 We stayed and Nick and Heidi's two nights while in town for a nearby wedding. Their place was just what we needed - spacious, quiet location with a nicely updated kitchen for us all to hang out. Some of the rooms could use a freshen up and Nick requested and appreciated the feedback. He was super communicative before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend their home for a multi-family gathering.
Guys getaway weekend
5/5 Older house, but good location and fun to watch the golfers looking for their golf ball. Usually ends up at the bottom of the pool. Good place for a group of guys on a golf getaway weekend.

5/5 The house was clean, in a great neighborhood, close to restaurants, target, pharmacies, etc. The house has everything you need! Manager was available if we needed something. Definitely a place to stay again :) Thank you!
