Great place for a group
5/5 There were 10 of us in the group - 4 adults & 6 teens. The house was the perfect size! the amenities nearby (Target, Walmart, Ross, banks, fast food, etc.) were perfect. The pool was a little cool (early April) to begin with, but then it warmed up nicely to cool us off from the warm weather. Kids had a great time playing!The outside table was the perfect size for the group and allowed us to all eat together.Guest house was perfect for 1 couple.I would highly recommend this house to 2 families or a small sports group as it is perfect!

Great place in Phoenix
5/5 The location is identical to pictures and as advertised! The house is huge, great kitchen. Bedrooms are big and well laid out. Guest house is perfect for an additional single or couple. Pool was well used - a little cool at the start but warmed up with the heat. Outdoor seating was perfect for 10 people!! Couldn’t ask for anything more!! Definitely 10/10!
