  This home was very much what we expected except for one thing. It was advertised as heated pool so we picked it over a few of the others. Our stay was in early April so we were not sure if we needed it heated. Read the fine print- I did not. The price did not include them heating the pool. The home is well kept, neighborhood feels safe. Close enough to the things we needed. I give it a 5 star. Had I known the pool was not heated- we were going to stay at another 5 star that was bigger, newer, and less money, but it was advertised as not heated pool. So we kind of felt like we did not do a fair comparison based on how it was advertised. Really our only disappointment was the expectation that it would be heated. There were 5 of us. plenty of room and sleeping space. Kitchen was nice, had everything we needed for a few days. Plenty of couch space for our group and plenty of seating around the table by the pool. We enjoyed our stay!!

• Great location

  The house was nice and centrally located and near grocery stores and restaurants. The only bad occurrence was the 7am lawn cutting and blowing on the first morning. After this, the pool was covered in with grass. This was the main downfall, but the property was very nice and the beds were very comfortable.

• Uncomfortable

  The thermostate was complicated with no instructions. The roku on the TV was basically unusable. The heat vent in the master bedroom was right over the bed making it uncomfortable. Three of the chairs need their back legs shorten so you don't slide off them. The biggest problem is that there is a sense of something wrong in the house making sleep difficult. It was too expensive for what we experienced.

  Vincent, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -"We were sorry to hear you experienced issues during your stay. We encourage guests to reach out to their host contact for any questions or concerns that they may have which includes operating any household functions.
  -The thermostat is a basic Google Nest and the host contact can provide help if needed. Instructions and the QR code to operate are also conveniently located in the living room.
  -Guests have full access to the Roku TVs. We do understand that it can get frustrating as many guests do tend to download/install and sign in/out of various apps during their stay which can make navigation quite cumbersome.
  -The heating/cooling vents are in the ceilings which is quite common for homes in Arizona since many do not have basements.
  -Our chairs are standard and we've never received feedback regarding their height. We've had no trouble using them, but we're sorry if they didn't meet your preference.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays."

• Great rental

  The home was clean, centrally located to where we needed to be. House had everything we needed to cook meals. Pool & yard were clean. Justin was very helpful when we had questions. We would recommend & stay at this location again!

  Excellent location, close to everything. The house is better than advertised. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Great yard, awesome pool, in a cute, quiet neighborhood!
