Great location, dated building
4/5 Location was central to everything we visited. Building is older and in need of some maintainence. The townhouse was well-stocked and exactly as advertised. We loved the separate bedroom and bathroom areas for us and our teenagers. Could use a deep clean as it was dirty behind doors and along the baseboards. Check-in was tricky because our key code did not work and we only managed to get in because the patio door had been left unlocked! Management quickly solved the problem, however. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect Girls Getaway
5/5 Came to town to see some spring training games. Property was exactly as pictures show - modern & clean. Convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Girls Getaway
5/5 This was the perfect location for a quick girls getaway and unwind trip. Close to everything and the condo was clean and inviting.

Great location and quiet
5/5 Everything was good here. Well stocked with dishes, pans, towels, etc. Great layout. Quiet neighborhood and close by car to basically everything happening in the Phoenix area. We also liked that the two bedrooms were separated: one upstairs, one downstairs. One exception is that the garbage disposal did not work - worrisome once you have dumped food down there. I called the management lady but all she said was that it didn't work. Otherwise, great place. This appears to be an older condo complex. The outside landscaping was dying and walkways were breaking up.
