Phoenix vacay
3/5 House was perfect for what we needed. Only downfalls we’re non heated pool which was not stated in the listing, the pool is 90% covered by shade during peak swim so with a non heated pool and not being at the peak of summer you will be cold. Knowing this now we would not book again as a pool was the main attraction for my family and because of the cold water and shade we did not go in very much. Keep that in mind when booking. Next time we will find a heated pool and pay fees because it’s worth it.

First off, thank you for the stay. The pool is set in a private setting and designed for shade in the peak swimming season; the hot tub is designed for the colder months. We try and make sure guests know the pool is not heated, many assume the water is warm outside of the summer months but it drops down quickly between fall and spring. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay.”
