Property should be inspected after cleaning!
3/5 It was mostly good except for a few things. It was not cleaned well. Junk was left in the drawers in the bedroom. Including a box of condoms! The sparse furniture could definitely be improved upon but we managed. The price was fair but the fees were exorbitant in our opinion. Kitchen was nice and it was quiet.

Hi Dollie, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "We are sincerely sorry that the property was not up to standard for your stay. We have reported this incident to the cleaning company we work with and have requested new cleaners. We'll be requesting confirmation of cleaning going forward to ensure this never happens again. As for the furniture, it's a studio, so it's hard to negotiate much more than a queen-size bed, nightstand, dresser, pullout couch with full-size bed, table, chairs, and sleeper sofa and still allow for open space.
The fees aren't something we can change. The cleaning fee is lower than almost all other rentals on sites like Airbnb and VRBO, plus they add additional fees to those as well. The fees are broken down before the booking is confirmed."Great for my family reunion
5/5 My entire family stayed in this beautiful home during our reunion. We rented the house and separate studio that’s on site as well. It’s a wonderful property and we loved it. The studio is separated by a long corridor and has its own entrance, which is great.

5/5 AMAZING stay in this spectacular space!! The location can't be beat, it's close to so many things - great restaurants, bars, Trader Joes and Whole Foods were literally right up the street. The house had everything we needed and the yard was HUGEEEEE, such a beautiful space

5/5 We loved the 1970s style decor in this studio. It was a fun, retro vibe that still had new furniture, appliances and everything we needed. It was a little cozy but had enough space for us to be comfortable during our stay.
