2/5 Aside from the Owner & management being very nice, internet was spotty at best. Arrived to a dirty home. Promised dining credit. Only 25 mbps for internet speed. Obviously in middle of repairs - walls patching, TV’s etc. It’s unfortunate the experience we had for our 1st VRBO. The management thankfully did all they could to correct the issues at hand, hopefully they continue to improve this property.

Some issues but over all ok.
4/5 The property worked well for us except there were only 4 towels, and the sheets were dirty. We washed the sheets on day one and since we brought our own blankets it was fine. We had to buy towels. Also the wifi name and password were wrong on the email. We found them on a piece of paper in a kitchen drawer.

House at South Mountain
5/5 Nice four-bedroom house with plenty of common space. Lighted patio and backyard. Quiet neighborhood.

Met our Needs But some issues
4/5 The house was good. The common areas were great for a family gathering. Main bedroom and bath was fantastic. The other three bedrooms were very small. Nice neighborhood and great location for our needs. Biggest complaint is the kitchen items that we needed to cook basic meals were missing. No mixer, pot holders, cookie sheets and the pots and pans were in terrible condition. Had to go to the 99cent store to purchase measuring cups and spoons. Loved the backyard. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and had plenty of room for the dog to play. The bathroom needs some repairs and safety bars in the tub. We had a wonderful family Christmas there, but would have been even better if we were not constantly looking for common household items that we needed.
