  Terrific rental. Clean, convenient and spacious. Was perfect for my son and i for Super Bowl weekend. The owner could not have been nicer and more accomodating to our non-standard travel times. Highly recommend

• Beautiful home & neighborhood

  Comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Enjoyed taking a walk through the beautiful and safe neighborhood in the evening and in the morning. Owner very responsive. If we ever visit Phoenix again, I would definitely love to stay here again.

  It was a great time for us, we were 4 adults. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable, private and quiet. Jeff was a great host who attended to all our needs. Checking in and out went easily and all directions were straightforward. We visited mostly with our daughter and family during the day so we were there mostly in the mornings and evenings. The near location was perfect!

  This is a beautiful property in a really nice neighborhood. The owner was fast to reply to my emails and even allowed us to have a few family members over for dinner one night.The pictures showed a gorgeous unit and I'm sure that's how they keep it however the people who rented before us left it disgusting. Dirty pots and pans, sticky floor, hair and dust around the master, and as a barefoot walker, my family's feet were black after a few passes between bedrooms. It's not really fair that they left the unit in this condition for the next renter. We ended up scrubbing as many of the pans as we could, cleaning out the refrigerator and the oven, both of which we did not use. We took a Swiffer to the floor and did our best to help the owner. I hope their future renters leave the unit in better shape than they found it.

  -We have high cleanliness standards and apologize for any issues you experienced with the kitchen - we've passed this feedback on to our cleaning team to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
