House in Peoria
3/5 Location in Peoria was convenient but the house is next to a busy street.
Comfy beds
3/5 We recently spent 5 days at this house. The beds were comfortable. The playground near by was perfect for the kids. We didn’t get to try out the pool. The green space across the street was the house was perfect for the kids to run in. The rabbits kept us entertained. It was clean but lacked some things. There weren’t any towels for the kitchen. There was only 2 pods for the dishwasher (we had to buy more). There was only the trash bag currently in the can. We had to go out and buy more. We moved a chair in the living room and it was apparent that it hadn’t been cleaned under in awhile. The remote garage door opener did not work. There was a lot of road noise all night long. The weeds in the outdoor space made it hard to enjoy the patio. Our company actually weeded a lot of the area cause it annoyed them. I tried contacting the landlord about a couple things, including a bathtub that was clogged so it drained very slowly and I never heard back from them. Overall, I wouldn’t rent this house again for the price we paid. I have rented many houses in multiple states and this was by far my least favorite.

Overall, mid level satisfactory
3/5 Good rating for kitchen supplies, towels, etc.All equipment worked well. Outdoors had a nice sitting area but overgrown with weeds. We did send a complaint regarding clogged master shower at the beginning of our stay, no action taken and we had ankle deep water to contend with entire stay. Had to use flashlight to see outside French doors as light was burnt out. Did not fix.

5/5 Everything we expected. We used the place for a base to visit relatives in the area and the location was perfect. Fast access to groceries and the main roads.
