  Beautiful home, we had an amazing time. Loved that they had Wi-Fi, TV's and personalized heating in all the rooms. Definitely will be coming back!!

• Needs cleaning

  The place needs a deep cleaning. There are cobwebs and not much more than surface cleaning done. Not worth the price for how clean it wasn't.

• Property located in a beautiful location

  One of the first things you see when you arrive at the front door is the broom completely covered in spider webs as well as the whole porch area. The back patio also was in disarray you could not even enjoy it. All the chair cushions were soaked.The oven looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There's is lots of splatter and crud in it. The windows, walls, and door jams need to all be cleaned. They are very dirty.We had to wipe down the stove top before ising it and it was filthy. Also the top inside of the microwave is full of dried on good splatter. We had to wash all of the coffee mugs before using.It seems only a very light cleaning is done when guests leaves but never a deep cleaning before the next guests arrive.Some towel racks or hooks need to be added in the bathroom for bath towels. There are none! Only a small one for a hand towel. We had to wash all our dishes by hand because the 2nd day we turned on the dishwasher and it leaked all over the floor. There needs to be instructions on signs or a notebook on everything that might have a question. This is a complicated place with lots of light switches, complicated heaters and a stovetop and it really needs to have instructions written out for so many things but there were none! The only music option was a mini Google but you don't know that either as no instructions as to what unit it is to make it play.They should let people renting this cabin know in a Cabin Communication Notebook or sign that turning the central heat fan to auto from on will turn off the water heater as we had no hot water for showers on our 3rd day.The portable heaters in all the rooms set up is challenging and was set at 72 degrees. We weren't able to turn the heater below 72, so we turned it off all together.On a positive note it's a great location. It has a nice big shower and a decent frig and microwave. No toaster oven however as the listing says.

• Comfy but needs updating

  Property was clean and comfortable overall. Roku was terrible, took longer clicking than actually watching anything. Back deck in poor shape, splinters came through my hubby’s flip flop while walking outside. Beauiful views off back deck, especially when clear and the stars are out. No steak knives, a little difficult to eat steaks :) Overall kitchen has basic amenities. Stovetop a little hard to figure out, something I’ve never seen before. Instructions for the stovetop and room a/c units would’ve been super helpful. Fireplace has been walled in, was a little disappointed as it was chilly and a fire would’ve been lovely. TV in reading room inoperable, no remote. Space heater in bathroom would be a nice addition, very chilly! Driveway is dirt, be mindful when it rains as property is sloped and driveway is steep. Overall comfy and beautiful area to relax, we had a great weekend.
