  I would rate this lower due to the undisclosed fee of 170.00 and how small the place is, however the fact that it felt homey saved the rating. One big suggestion: move the bed out of the corner. Small bed and when put in the corner against the wall it is very uncomfortable for 2 people.

  - The listing does state that this is a studio, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. There is a full patio with a dining table and a fire pit which gives more room for guests to enjoy. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - Thank you for the suggestion regarding the bed. We had plans of moving it out of the corner and will make sure to do that immediately.

  Came up from the valley for a quiet getaway. The place was so cute, as well as private, and had everything I needed. Will book here again!

• The Best Place in Town!

  I grew up in Payson and whenever I come to town to visit my friends, I usually end up on someone’s couch or at the Super 8.

  After I saw this listing, I knew I needed to book it immediately. It is somehow even more lovely than it looks in the pictures! The seating area out front in our own enclosed patio made for some beautiful stargazing and I enjoyed it’s walk ability to Green Valley Park.

  The host, Steve, is what truly made the stay! I am usually wary to book places where the host is staying on the property because I am an introvert and like to avoid small talk at the end of a long day. Steve texted me the day of check-in and let me know to contact him if I had any questions. Other than that, I didn’t see or hear him during my entire stay! It felt like we had a whole house to ourselves.
