Extremely Misled
2/5 The owner of the property was rude on the phone, the wifi info provided was incorrect, no cell service, the POC never answered her phone, the property was overgrown with weeds, both patios were covered in dirt, spider webs and bird poop, the upstairs has no AC vents for air flow and the check out list basically made it so they didn't have to do anything besides the laundry while we paid an additional days worth for the cleaning fee. Will not stay again.

- The Wifi does work, though it can be spotty, as can the cell service here. As advertised, the home is close to a national forest; this is typical for remote areas.
- We apologize again if we were rude on the phone. As we explained, we originally thought the calls from your number were spam, but we were happy to help once you identified yourself.
- The overgrowth has been cleared in the yard, and the patios were cleaned as well. We are sorry that wasn't done before your stay; we were dealing with some health issues.
- The checkout instructions are standard for the vacation rental industry. The cleaning fee goes directly to our professional housekeeper, who does a thorough job of cleaning and sanitizing every part of the home.
We are sorry you were unsatisfied but hope you appreciated our efforts to make things right. We strive to provide the best experience we can and take responsibility when there is valid critical feedback.Would Recommend!
5/5 It was beautiful, my family and I had an amazing time! Located in a calm quite area and great amenities, it was really comfortable and the pellet stove warmed up the place really quickly. It was really clean upon entering and everything was organized and ready for us to use and really enjoy our stay, would recommend!
