Cute and cozy
4/5 The cabin was super cute and cozy. We loved the big covered porch with tons of seating, lighting, and a gas fire pit. The power went out while we were there (to no fault of the owner and it didn’t even affect us) and Mandy was quick to communicate and check if we needed anything, which was very appreciated! The place was also in a nice quiet neighborhood. I give 4 stars because it definitely could improve on cleanliness. The Keurig had mold in it, kitchen sink wasn’t cleaned out, there was a dirty bandaid on the bathroom floor, and cobbwebbs behind the door. Other than that, we loved it!

Family friendly clean property
5/5 Lovely neighborhood and just as described. Great for a family with kids of all ages. Kids loved the tree house; only thing is it needs a little maintenance. Check in was easy. Amenities are modern and Wi-Fi worked great everywhere on property with 6+ devices connected. Check out was fast and quick.

A cute cabin escape from Phoenix!
4/5 Pros: munds park and the location on this Cabin are amazing. So fun enjoying the large wrap around porch, the nearby lake and friendly people.
Our 3 and 6 year old has a wonderful time and Munds Park has always been over of our favorite spots to rent.
Additionally, the property owner was fast to respond, kind, helpful and really peasant to communicate with. As far as owners go, they were amazing!
Cons: communication with Evolve was poor. I had to contact them 3-4 times before finally digging for a # to get some basic answer. Finally they connected me to the owners.
The cabin was not very clean. It was probably less clean than other places we’ve stayed.
The “treehouse” was not safe for small children.
Overall adorable cabin, but lacked upkeep and basic care of the yard space and just seemed a bit run down.
Maybe this is the look they are going for as it is a cabin. I saw broken wood pieces on the porch, soda cans in the front lawn which I had to pick-up so my kids didn’t cut their fingers (we do not drink soda).
Overall a wonderful stay, but the space needed some TLC and a good cleaning.
I’d rent it again if I knew it would be cleaned a little more thoroughly.
We made great memories and had a wonderful time. Overall very good with only a few concerns
