  Cute little home, had most everything we needed to make this feel like home. Everything worked great, did laundry and cooked most breakfasts, and some dinners The gate closure was great for protecting our Motorcycle.

• Close to town

  The house is just as pictured: nicely decorated and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, with drawers and cupboards labeled so things are easy to find. The location is in the downtown area and it’s easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house is a duplex, which I don’t recall reading in the description, We were there Wednesday through Wednesday and the other side was occupied only on the weekend. The bed was not very comfortable and quite squeaky.

• Great place for our Motorcycling adventure

  Your home had most everything we needed. We cooked breakfasts and dinners (on BBQ), did laundry, and got a great rest at night. Very cute house, perfect for the 2 of us. Loved the gated area for our MC and car.

• Cute house close to downtown Mesa

  Everything was just as pictured. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very convenient to downtown Mesa, Gilbert, and lots hiking and golfing in the area. One thing that could be improved is the mattress. It was not very comfortable and quite noisy when turning over.

• Overall positive with the exception of a party house

  This property is a duplex. It is on a busy road, but good location close to Pioneer Park and Mesa Temple. The property is clean. Check in is easy. Basic amenities. Good value. Our stay was great with the exception of Saturday (March 19th). The adjoining property became a party house around 10:00 p.m. with kids screaming, TV blaring, adults yelling. We were in bed because we had an early morning flight. More cars and people showed up. The party was inside and out. There were loud pops like Roman candles going off. I called Mesa police and filed a complaint. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything clearly. I called the number listed in instructions (same as cleaning) around 11:30 p.m. when the music was turned up louder and there was no way we were going to sleep. They didn’t answer, but texted immediately asking what was wrong. I stated there was a loud party going on in the other half and I had called the police. They notified the owner and thanked me for reporting to the police. The police took two hours to respond. Imagine Dragons “The Enemy” and “Believer” were blaring with all party goers screaming at the top of their lungs. The owner was able to get in touch with them around 1:24 a.m. and the police showed up at 1:29 a.m. It was a little quieter but the kids (YOUNG KIDS) were still loud. I let management know. It wasn’t totally quiet until around 2:30 a.m. It is unfortunate and I hope these rude, disrespectful people were fined and banned from renting another VRBO property. I hope nobody else has to ever experience this. Property management apologized multiple times and we were refunded for one night stay for our trouble and I feel this is more than fair. I gave 5 stars because it wasn’t management’s fault that other renters are rude and disrespectful. They contacted the owner immediately and we were refunded for the night and they didn’t have to.
