  • Multiple pros, needs some attention to upkeep

    Pros: Great and secure location, very comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms for price, trendy and comfortable bedding and towels, very well-stocked kitchen, spotlessly clean, very quiet (except for construction), hot tub was clean and big but foamy, made use of LR Roku, laundry, and balcony grill, handy man arrived quickly (see below).Cons: several light bulbs were out, no extra toilet paper (more arrived same-day when I messaged), no dish soap, all interior door hinges squeaked, no map of complex. Major issue was a smoke detector battery dying and chirping at 9pm. Manager at first said would be fixed next morning, but then sent a handy man who arrived within 20 minutes and replaced one battery in one smoke detector. Also if you need a location for the view, you will need to wait until construction next door is finished.
