  Wow! This home was awesome! Best one I've ever rented for a golf trip or family vacation. Was in the area playing golf with buddies on this trip. I picked the house and wanted everything to be perfect for friends. (If you are in the area to golf play Southern Dunes. It is 10 minutes away from this house and great track with really good bar/restaurant.) Back to the home...pool and hot tub are in perfect condition. Pool guy came to clean and do chemicals while we were there. Got talking to him and he said the owners take really good care of both. Pool lights up at night...very cool. Perfect backyard to enjoy post round beverages, play cards and talk smart with golf buddies. The owners have thought of everything. For example, we made steaks on the grill one night (multiple grocery stores near by) and the house had meat thermometer and sharp steak knives. Sounds simple but I've rented homes in the past where the stuff you need to prepare meals is not there and it stinks. We made grilled (grill is not fancy but works perfectly) chicken wings another night and all I needed was wings, dry rub and sauce. (there is an Ace Hardware nearby that has a great selection of dry rubs and sauses) Everything else was in the house, clean and ready to use. Both casual and more formal places to eat inside but the best spot was in the backyard that has a big table in a covered area with lights and ceiling fan. Beds were comfortable with good mattresses and clean sheets, etc. The entire place was super clean and got great reviews from my entire group. Im not much into interior decorating but this house is really well done. Felt like AZ the minute we walked in. We are planning to go back to the same home next year if it is available.

  We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The house is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard is beautiful.However the property management is a huge disappointment. A couple days before our arrival I sent an email to Evolve to be able to have the pool heated and authorized the daily charge of $45 for it. I got a reply that it would be done, yet it did not happen. I left a message with the local contact and never got a call back. To be fair we never got charged for either.I am glad we did not have any other problems because we would have had to deal with them ourselves.Very nice place, however if you are looking for a heated pool, look at other places, as clearly the property management does not care.

  House worked great for us. No issues from checking in to checking out. I would recommend and love to rent the house in the future.
