Better than a hotel
4/5 Everything was fine, cleanliness seemed to come short. The bathroom downstairs leaks, there was a bit of build up of water on the ground by the toilet. Things were a bit dusty as well, dishes and such but overall was good.

Big house
5/5 Beautiful home. Nice neighborhood. Very clean. Close to restaurants. Easy drive to Phoenix, Mesa and Tucson.

Property Not Up to Par
2/5 The property was in a nice location/neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable and safe in that regard. The house itself was nice in terms of space, however it was not up to par in terms of upkeep/maintenance: the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broke and would not close - a blanket had to be placed over it to prevent the morning sun from coming through as well as to maintain privacy. In another bedroom the light attached to the ceiling fan did not work, so the lamp on the nightstand was the only source of light for that bedroom in the evening/night. The dining table had a bench seating that collapsed when one of the legs of the bench broke. The other dining chairs were wobbly - it appeared that the screws needed to be tightened. The closet doors in two of the bedrooms were off-track. There was a few other problems noted as we surveyed the condition of the property upon arrival and made a list for the property Hostess. Due to the above-mentioned problems, I would not reserve this property again.

Hi Willetta, we're sorry that this home was not 100% ready upon check-in. The homeowner let us know that, unfortunately, the guest before you broke the bedroom blinds, two dining room chairs, and a kitchen drawer, and knocked the closet door off its tracks. They did not have time to repair all of the damage before your arrival and apologize that this made your stay less enjoyable. The owner has since fixed all items, and they are confident that future guests will find this home clean and comfortable!
Stay
4/5 Property was good. We just slept there as we had family in town we hung out with during the day. The first night it was so cold and not enough blankets for everyone. I just recommend adding more blankets, fix the blinds, wd-40 king bedroom door.
