• Deceptive Photos, AVOID

  My wife, one year old son and myself booked this VRBO in late March. Our stay at this listing was an absolute disappointment. The photos on the online listing were completely deceptive, as the actual space was nowhere near as impressive as what was advertised.The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the space. The floors were sticky, there were stains on the furniture, and the bathroom was filthy. The kitchen had rust in the sink and broken shelves in the fridge. We felt incredibly uncomfortable letting our infant crawl around on the ground or touch anything in the space.The remote to control the fan was broken and the air conditioning control was old and barely functional. We did not feel comfortable having our young child at this house for multiple days.To make matters worse, the host company was unyielding to our requests for assistance. We had asked for a refund or at least a partial refund due to the condition of the space, but the host only agreed to refund the cleaning fee. We had pre-paid for an entire week. It was extremely frustrating and added insult to injury.Overall, I would strongly advise against booking this particular VRBO listing, especially if you have an infant or young child with you. The space was dirty and unsanitary, and the host was unresponsive to our concerns. It was a terrible experience that we would not wish on anyone. Stay far away from this listing.

  • Our cleaning team pays very close attention to detail. While we haven't received complaints in the past, we want to express our apologies that the cleanliness of the home was unsatisfactory.
  • Thank you for bringing to our attention that there is a very thin crack in the shelving of the refrigerator. We'll also take a look into the air conditioner control. A new fan remote was just purchased.
  • Upon your request, we agreed to provide a partial refund. We are quick to respond and invite guests to contact us with any questions or concerns during their stay. It is our pleasure to help in any way that we can. Evolve is also available to assist 24/7.

• Nice clean house in a nice neighborhood

  Other then the neighbors dogs barking when they were outside , excellent place to stay centrally located to everything
