  • No pool heat, otherwise great

    Pool was supposed to be heated. Property manager said the owner had just stayed at the unit, so it is super disappointing that it was not heated. Pool was freezing. We had planned to stay in and enjoy the house. Instead we had to go out and spend a ton of money keeping kids busy. After i reached out to the property manager, they never contacted us again. Urrrgh. I will be contacting vrbo/evolve for some sort of refund when we return home.Other than that it was the best rental experience. Immaculately clean, well-appointed kitchen, very hospitable. Owner even supplies toiletries. Fix the pool situation and you are five stars.
