Great place
5/5 The home was very clean and very comfortable. It immediately felt like home when I walked in. The couch was comfortable to sit on and watch tv and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

5/5 -well stocked with kitchenware, bathroom items, towels, blankets-clean, inviting, terrific atmosphere -convenient location, quiet neighborhood -lovely back porch and firepit area-cool game roomIn particular, I was glad to see plenty of shampoo/Conditioner, great blender in the kitchen, big water bottle I could use, many options on the tvs, a beach type blanket we used to keep warm on the boat, comfortable beds, & bbq grill. I like the bench seat available in the master shower too!WILL STAY HERE AGAIN if we are back in town. 5 stars!!!

House was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The game room ended up being a life saver during a rainy day. (Haven't played air hockey in years.) There's a lot of entertainment options around the house once you're done exploring Havasu.
Wasn't quite sure how to get local or Phoenix channels on the TV, however the streaming options were many and thanks to the smart TV we were able to cast services that were not available from our tablets.
