Great location
5/5 First time in Havasu. This was a great location, close to everything and nice CLEAN house . We put our boat in a slip glad we did not much boat parking on the property but worked out fine for us. Already planning the next trip

5/5 The house was very clean and kept up. Easy access. Lots of room! Close to town and Lake Havasu. Huge garage!! If we ever return to Lake Havasu we will definitely plan to book again!

Rented this property for six weeks.
3/5 The home served good for our stay. For long term guests, a better stocked kitchen would be beneficial. Pots, pans, bowls, casserole type dishes, a full size ironing board, etc. it was necessary for me to buy a few kitchen items. While the backyard is fenced, it is not the best for small dogs. There are several openings in the fence, making it easy for a little one to escape. The home is located in a decent area. We felt comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well when we arrived. Towels and bedding were good. The property manager was excellent. She was responsive and helpful.
