• Perfect Place to Recover

  This home was clean, comforting, and spacious. Perfect for my brother to recuperate after an accident. The backyard is truly an oasis with gorgeous fruit trees, manicured lawn, and nice furniture. This home is great for family, friends, or whatever occasion brings you to Lake Havasu City. Bryan and Candice or the most welcoming hosts you could ask for too! Thank you for being so incredibly accomodating.

  We had such a good time at this property, it had everything you could want right down to pool towels. The house is warm and welcoming and perfect for family and friends even two families. There is a separate bedroom from the rest of the house which offers privacy and a space for those quests who want quiet and some time alone. We will be back again next year - Thank you so much Bryan and Candace

• Perfect Weekend Oasis

  Very comfortable and hospitable. Grateful for the pool, and roomy accommodations for everyone to relax after a day on the lake. Boat parking behind the gate made for a secure weekend and easy unloading.

• Clean and comfortable

  What a fun place to stay!! House is clean, close to marina and grocery stores. The owners are so accommodating and we had a blast in Havasu City!!

  The boat parking is nice and the extra effort (like the welcome basket upon arrival) made this house top of our list!

  When not in the lake, this house had fun outdoor games and a refreshing pool.. we will be back!

• Clean, subtle and inviting

  This was by far the best overall AirBnB experience we have ever had. From the moment we pulled in the driveway we were beyond impressed.

  It is very hard to find a property with secure storage for larger boats. The boat storage area was all of 50' (+) deep with plenty of width for backing in.

  Impressive open floor plan with comfortable updated furniture.

  The kitchen and pantry were stocked with everything a family could possibly need.

  The huge second master suite was a bonus for our visiting guests. The oversized leather seating areas in both master bed areas was definitely a nice touch.

  Very large and private backyard area complete with pool, barbecue and plenty of seating for our large group of visitors. The outdoor games were a hoot for all. We especially enjoyed our Corn-Hole tournament however the large scale Jenga game created so many hysterical memories as well.

  The owner initiated contact just a short time after we reserved the property. They were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. It was apparent they truly wanted us to thoroughly enjoy our stay, which of course we did and will rent this property again.
