jamaica nightmare
1/5 We chose this property because the pictures showed a beautiful backyard with a putting green and we are golfers.When we went outside the putting green was covered in sand,there was dog poop,all of the cushions were torn and dirty and the BBQ was filthy.Inside the kitchen was disgusting and the windows were dirty.The house was for sale.Had we known this we would not have rented it.The owners told us that we had no choice if they wanted to show the house.There was no working internet when we arrived.Their tv was by streaming which we had no idea how to operate and it took several calls to get someone to show us.We had 2 problems with the tv.The first one we reported took them 5 days to to call and explain how to fix it.Then the tv stopped working completly and despite numerous calls they never replied.We were dealing with 3 different people who didn't care.On the positive side the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was mostly well equipped.

Getaway from the cold
5/5 The property was wonderful and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, a large snowstorm altered our plan and we couldn’t get to the house for five days after our scheduled and paid for check in date. Nododys fault not anything that could have been avoided but there was no monetary compensation at all for those days. We understand policy, we just handle things differently in these situations. We had a wonderful time in Lake Havasu, so much so we intend on coming back for years to come. We would rent this house again it was very comfortable and the back yard is a wealth of entertainment.
