Family Home w/ Pool < 3 Miles to Lake Havasu!

  The house was fine but since a coffeemaker wasn't listed in the amenities (a toaster was) and we didn't see one in the pictures, we stopped at Walmart on our way to the house and bought a coffeemaker. We found that there was one at the house but it was filthy so we used our new one. An ice maker was listed in the description but it didn't work so we ended up going to the store for ice. Also there was no can opener so we needed to buy one. The pool cleaner ran for 6 hours a day every day and we ended up calling the owner to ask if we could shut it off or run it at night instead. There is a large rug outside with rolled up corners that we tripped over twice, so it should be removed or replaced. Several smoke detectors were hanging open with no batteries. The area is super noisy. We rented the house so that we could sit outside and enjoy the warm weather but there were times when we had to go inside due to the noisy. The neighbor must have an automotive shop in his garage because there were always vehicles being revved up and tuned up, there have to be 50 dogs in the area that seemed to all be barking together at the same time. Nobody ever came out to hush them up. There are new houses being built so a lot of construction noise, and there were off-road vehicles racing up and down the streets all the time. We were told that there are a lot of rentals in the area so the noise level gets pretty loud.

• Definetly worth the booking

  Location for the house was great, a short drive to water and all other stores In the area. Lots of space for 10 people. Great communication with the owner. Would defiently book again.

• Great Lake house! Close to the water!

  This lake house accommodated us perfectly! 2 family’s with 2 toddlers and young adult friends too! 10 total guests-Comfy beds, spacious rooms with plenty of space to hang out as a family! Loved having to pool to come back to after a long day on the lake!

• Lack of communication

  I would've easily gave this unit a 5/5 rating if the communication with the property manager was way better. I reached out to them multiple times through the app and personal number and got zero response. First I tried to reach out to see if my group and I could check in a little earlier but wasn't able to because nobody answered, then when we finally checked in we noticed the back sliding door was completely broken at the handle which made us a little uncomfortable so we found a stick to put in the door every night, another thing was we were given a full check out list of things to do (which I personally believe is the cleaners job) before we left. One of them being to take all of the trash out and we weren't given any trash bags. Overall my group had a great time ! The house fit us all comfortably and was very clean. If you plan to book this house and plan to utilize the backyard a lot I suggest not. The neighbors weren't welcoming and seem to not like visiting neighbors just trying to have simple vacation fun.

• Great place

  Location is within a few miles of shops and the lake. Nice size pool and you can see the lake from the backyard. I would definitely recommend this place. The main factor for renting this place was the 3 full bathrooms that it has especially if you have more than 8 guests.
