Perfect
5/5 We came here to celebrate our daughter graduating college. The house was perfectly located. We were going to bring our dog but changed our mind at the last minute, which was why we picked this particular house. It ended up being perfect regardless of not bringing our dog. The house is close to everything and a heated pool was a bonus for winding down after a day at the lake. The house had everything we needed and the beds are super comfy. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

Perfect spot for a chill weekend.
5/5 I'm not very picky when it comes to where I stay. This place had everything necessary for an awesome weekend in Havasu. Close to the the water, close to the shops, easy access, a perfect temp pool for cooling down, a grill, and a few TV's for watching a late night movie. The list goes on. Check in/out was simple and the owner is incredibly cool. I look forward to booking here again.
Vacation rental in Lake Havasu
5/5 This house was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are dated, but they worked and that’s all we needed! Nice quality towels. Really fast response from Robert when I had a question. The pool was very clean and heated to the perfect temperature. Easy check out instructions. You can tell that the owners have been doing some nice renovations. The nest thermostat worked great. We enjoyed our stay and will look into staying here again next time we are in the area.
Great Location
4/5 The location of this spot was perfect for heading to the lake and doing all the things in Havasu. The pool was great, it was between 70-85 degrees while we were there and the pool temp was great, the kids enjoyed it a lot. There were a few just kind of annoying things that prevented me from giving 5 stars.. the bedroom door doesn’t lock in the master, this is needed for family vacays when adults need alone time. ;) There were several lamps that had burned out light bulbs (lamps are only source of light) and the switch on the lamp in the master was broken; you had to move the night stand and unplug and plug into the wall to get it work which was also just kind of inconvenient. I also couldn’t get the plugs in either bathroom to work and had to do my hair in the corner of the bedroom. Overall this place was great, I am sure the owner will get these things fixed and the next person staying will have a 5 star experience. Thanks Robert!
