  Had a great time the house and pool were both fantastic.

  There was no propane for the grill, but the next morning it was delivered to the door step. I would definitely use this place again.

• The house was nice, really clean and the amenities exceeded our expectations. My family and I really enjoyed the time in the house. Excellent communication with the host. We would definitely recommend this house.

• Great house for a family stay

  It was a great house for a family weekend. The pool was really nice and having access to the garage was such a bonus. We look forward to renting again in the future.

• Hit and miss

  The house was clean, the owner was extremely communicative. Our shower never fully drained. The tub never locked to Give the toddler a bath. The toilet broke and flooded the whole bathroom so we went a day and a half with 4 people in the home down to one bathroom- the master bath. The morning it happened I asked if it was something that could be fixed that day to prevent the hassle of waking others up to shower or use the bathroom or was communicated that the maintenance wasn’t available until the next day “which was ok since it was our checkout day” the solar pool cover was torn and never heated the pool while it was over 98 all days we were there. We had to take trash cans to the curb on sundays where one was already full of trash from the previous tenants.

  Hi Nicholle, thanks for your review. After going your feedback with the homeowner, we'd like to clarify the following:
  - When you reached out to the owners regarding an issue with the toilet, they immediately responded and let you know the earliest a maintenance worker could get there was the next day.
  - The owners were never told about a slow shower drain or broken tub plug. If they had known, they would have had the handyman fix it at the same time as the toilet. After your stay, the owners checked and there was no issue found with the tub plug.
  - The listing accurately advertises the pool has a solar pool cover with solar heating. The pool cover is in good condition and is heated based on the sun, which is out of the owner's control.
  We hope the owner's generous measure of accommodating an early check-in with no additional costs helped make up for some of the inconvenience.
  The owner does all they can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Time with family

  We had a lovely stay in your home. The home had everything we needed. When we had to get something fixed it was handled quickly. My family had a wonderful weekend, spending time together.
