Nice updated unit
5/5 Nice unit for Nautical although a little on the high end for pricing compared to other units. Beds were comfortable. The third bedroom, which is a addition in these condos, was actually nice and the ac worked well in here which is not common. My only complaint is that the televisions are setup only for streaming service and the WiFi and Roku boxes consistently needed to be rebooted. We would only watch tv at night so no huge deal but you could get around 30 minutes of watching before everything needed to be unplugged and rebooted again. I've stayed in the Nautical for 28 years and am very familiar with the complex, this is nicely updated unit.

comfortable condo
4/5 The condo has comfortable furniture and beds. There's a nice kitchen and patio. Although there is a remote for the front gate, the 2nd car always had trouble getting it open with the code.

Kids first trip 2021
5/5 Great townhouse for myself and our kids and my step daughters bf. Close to the channel and the marina where we launch and store our boat. Very clean and tidy place. Highly recommend
