A Little strange
4/5 There was a sharp spring sticking out of the mattress by about 4 inches. We had to cut it off with wire cutters. The trash cans were full of other people’s trash. The day after they were supposed to dump them. Otherwise it was okay.

Enjoyed our stay
4/5 We loved the location and house. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool and hot tub are super nice, in case the weather is bad at the lake. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived, but it was resolved with a repair after a couple of days. Also, we know that beds are subjective to everyone, but the Master bed had a spring sticked out the side and worn out. One of the bedrooms queens sagged in the middle (taco bed) and the small bed in the bunk room was thin and you could feel the box spring through the mattress. I did have to oil the slider door to the pool, since it was very difficult to open. The house is in a great location, close to everything. Fast response from the host in regards to the issues with the hot tub was a plus.

Paradise in Lake Havasu
5/5 Very beautiful home, we really enjoyed our stay. You can tell Rikki, has put a lot of love and attention in this house. The home was very clean and well stocked with utensils. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games at the house. There was more than enough space for our party of 10. We will definitely stay here again.
