4/5 Property was as pictured/described. Location was good for activities, but street noise and neighborhood were somewhat of a negative. Overall, nice house in a nice city.

House needs a good Spring Cleaning
2/5 The House is very dirty! Cupboards, drinking glass, and pantry stinks. The house needs new pots and pans as they are not fit for cooking any more. Curtains are full of dust! Carpets are filthy. The owner needs to take a look.

Nice home but weak support!
3/5 The home is nice enough and comfortable but the amenities and service were not up to par. Imagine coming in out of the hot sun into a house that has the thermostat automatically set at 87 degrees! It then takes 3 hours to cool to around 72. Meanwhile you’re sweating even after you’ve taken a shower. Whoever takes care of this property should insure that the house is at least at an acceptable 78 on the day of check in. And of course we go out the next day all day and come back in the early evening to 87 degrees again. Secondly the TV remotes do not work. We purchased brand new batteries since half of them had no batteries. The remotes still did not function properly. Finally. What rental house has no soap, no shampoo and basically nothing for their guests to use. Every house I’ve previously rented in Havasu had the bare minimum of these items in the bathrooms.

-Thanks for bringing these issues to my attention! Unfortunately, we have our thermostat set such that it will re-set itself in order to not be left on between guests, or cost the guests extra during their stay.
-Our listing expresses that we opt to offer the basic necessities such as dishwashing liquid, hand soaps, and laundry detergent so that guests can be aware that they may want to bring other amenities along with them for their trip
-We've reminded our cleaning staff to change the batteries in the remote controls with more frequency.
