4/5 The amenities were perfect for what we were looking for; quiet, plenty of space indoor and outdoor, everything we needed to cook, and a relaxing outdoor area with a pool.

Havasu stay
3/5 Expensive, old, have to be your own housekeeper and bring all your own supplies. Not sure why they charge cleaning fee when I have to do chores. Will not be staying at this kind of rental again.

This complaint is a first for us, and we will look into the matter further for future visitors. All the basic supplies included in this rental were listed at the time of booking. Any recommendations to make others stay better would be greatly appreciated and we would like to hear them. If you had let us know that it was not clean to your expectations, it would have given us the opportunity to bring it to the attention of the housekeeping staff and have it corrected it immediately.”
Absolutely Perfect!
5/5 We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean! The AC was cold. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The huge back porch was so nice. We loved the plunge pool! The back door access from the master bedroom to the pool was nice. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The water was hot in the showers. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The views of the mountains and the lake from the house were beautiful. We felt safe and would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only suggestion is to leave at least one more garbage bag to change out the can one time. Other than that our stay was perfect! The owners were friendly when I had to talk to them right before our stay and they even offered us early check in. This was by far the best Rental house we have ever stayed in! Thank you for making our wedding and my birthday trip restful and perfect.
