5/5 Nicely appointed/furnished and immaculately clean “casita” that was perfect for this 8 day stay for local birding - saw and photographed an Elegant Trogon in Madera Canyon! The quiet and convenient location was a bonus. I can recommend this rental without reservation, and would book here again.

Expectations exceeded
5/5 From the exceedingly comfortable bed to the well appointed kitchen (sharpened and sheathed Cuisinart knives!), this immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and efficient unit served our needs as a base for birding SE Arizona. We had originally booked for four days, but extended the stay an additional four days because the property perfectly served our needs. The communication with evolve to make the change was direct, simple, and immediate. Grocery shopping and a pharmacy are both within convenient walking distance. As a bonus, the property is adjacent to a beautiful riparian dry wash of untouched native habitat. The bird and wildlife viewing is exceptional. If one visits Green Valley, be certain to take in the delightful Desert Meadows Park. I can recommend this rental without reservation.

Spacious one bedroom
5/5 This was a very clean, wonderful townhouse. I needed a place to stay while I helped my parents. It was such a nice retreat at night. I had an issue with a fuse box and it was fixed promptly.

Wonderful
5/5 This was a super stay: quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, comfy bed, clean & cozy. The only trick was the lock box; however it finally became accessible. Would certainly stay here again on my next visit.
