Didn’t want to leave
5/5 The home and pool is gorgeous and they owners have thought of everything. Comfortable beds and perfect outdoor area. The neighborhood is great. I wish it were a bit closer to Scottsdale, however- we did some touristy stuff and it was quite a drive. If you are going to chill at the house- this is a fantastic home. If we came to Goodyear more often, this would be the place to stay!

Perfect for a fun/ chill vacation!
5/5 Gorgeous, extremely clean home. Perfect for a go and stay and chill getaway. Beds- so comfy. Kitchen- perfect. I wish we could’ve stayed longer:) it is a bit from the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale, but you’re probably smarter at planning than I was. My husband is a “go-er” on vacation and I prefer chilling in one place- which this is perfect for. Pool- putting green- games… you won’t be disappointed, just make sure you read the details. ( like look at the map).

5/5 Pleasantly surprised by the details! Absolutely loved that there were “extras” throughout the house. Very clean, beautiful neighborhood & close to many amenities! Excellent option when considering Arizona!

Family Getaway
5/5 The property was just as expected, clean, plenty of room for the family. There are some local amenities, Safeway, drug store, a few restaurants. It is 15-20 minutes from Good Year and the freeway where you would find other local restaurants. They neighborhood development is very nice, and we golfed at the Estrella golf course which was a beautiful Troon course. Unfortunately, there was an issue with heating the pool, so we were not able to use it as it was very chilly. The property manager and owner worked with us on a resolution which we very much appreciated! This home is a nice little getaway for your family.
