  • Outdoor area not worth it!

    The indoor area was clean, and had the basic amenities - no complaints there. The beds were comfortable, as were the indoor furnishings. I chose to stay at this property because of the pool, which was disappointing! Trash ( cans, empty bottles, and cigarette butts) we’re around the pool area. The only furniture consisting of a dirty table and dirty cushioned dining chairs should have been replaced years ago. There are no lounge chairs by the pool. The pool itself had lots of debris ( bugs and plant droppings). Even after picking up the larger trash items and skimming the pool, we decided not to use it. I will not stay at an Evolve property in the future.

  • Property listing is misleading regarding heated pool.

    The Property was nice, but a distance from any shopping or dinning. The property listed included a heated pool of you were willing to pay for it. I paid to have the pool heated and it was not heated when I arrived. After going back and forth with the property manager the Owner of the property refused to heat the pool saying it would cost too much, so they refunded me my money. The reason for selecting this property was due to the heated pool. Very disappointed that we could not use the pool.

    Nice house, just the TV was lacking (no local channels that showed true live TV). The instructions were to turn on the TV and wait, it will come on sooner or later.

  • Awesome Location, Adorable Home

    We fell in love with this area of Estrella. A few steps out the door of this adorable home and we were on the trails! The nearby trails were easy to navigate and perfect for a hike of varying distances. This home was also walking distance to the cute little coffee shop (with bakery items and gelato.)

    The home had everything we needed, but we were disappointed to find that the TV in the main bedroom was unusable except for watching DVDs (which there was a large stash of.)

    Overall, this home was quite comfortable and worked out great for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were truly not ready to leave.
