4/5 Great location for MLB Spring Training baseball. Six teams to watch within 20 minutes. Goodyear is a little far away from the things to do in Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix area. Property Manager, Samantha, was great to work with. Home could use some lighting improvements.

Great location to Reds training camp!
5/5 We came for Reds spring training and the location was perfect! The house was clean and spacious. Would have loved to have used the beautiful pool but the weather was a little chilly. Highly recommend!

Spring Training 2023
4/5 The location and price were great. Furnished nice. The beds were great. The pool was NOT heated so we couldn’t use it. The property wasn’t cleaned when we got there and they had to send someone to clean it. Needless to say, they were rushed and it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. We were short towels and wash clothes. It’s missing slats on several blinds and a light bulbs or two need replaced. The landscaping in the backyard needs attention. I hope the owners are checking the property regularly because it appears they went all out to furnish this place, but I don’t believe it being managed properly.

Nice location
5/5 The house and location are fine. We had some issues with the refrigerator and a small water leak which were reported to the property contact. Also had some issues with light bulbs not working, and a few minor things. Overall pleased with the house and contents. Just needs a little better ongoing maintenance to be excellent!
