  This property is amazing! No back neighbors. Space, space, and more space. Efficient kitchen. Comfortable, clean, and worth the week's stay. The outside backyard is gorgeous and serene, peaceful, and enjoyable options to do. (i.e., corn hole, pool, jacuzzi, trampoline, grill kitchen, 2 fire pits. The front is so beautiful with the circular driveway. The style of the home is modern and has a holistic home interior (i.e., emerald green accent walls, white and gold for everything else). It is even better than pictures. Shawn, the property manager is attentive, friendly, responsive, and accessible. The home is designed quite functionally with TVs, couches, and beds.We will return to this property and all agreed this is the one for us! Thank you!

• Comfortable and Beautiful Home

  Our stay was perfect! I thought we submitted our review already but happy to submit it again. Everything was amazing! From the booking to any minor mishaps, we appreciated the efficiency. Love the curb appeal so elegant with the circular driveway. Shawn, the contact, was responsive to any inquiries needed. The space is even better in person. The comfort to roam through the home and utilize the backyard amenities was worth everything and ensured our stay was a memorable vacation time. We had eight adults that we congregated together for our meals and also if desired to individually cuddle up on the couch to read or watch TV. We all could do our own thing within the home. The beds are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and elegant. We will be staying here again because everything needed is in the home. The location is near shops and necessities. Costco and others are within 10-12 mins. It is decidedly the go-to for a getaway in Arizona. We are planning again in hopes that it is available. Thank you, Evolve for all you do to provide well-kept, clean, cared-for homes which are better than a hotel room and more! Stay here you will be so happy you did!

  My best friend and I took our kids to Phoenix for spring break. We rented this house and we’re very disappointed. While the pictures look great, the home itself needs a lot of work. My biggest frustration was there were no instructions for the home and we were left to figure it out or spend our vacation calling the number provided. The home was dirty and poorly maintained. The back door was broken and couldn’t be locked so a baseball bat was provided (instead) to secure the handles. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The master shower was broken and the only way you could get hot water was to barely turn it on. The ceiling in the master bath was coming down due to water damage and it took 2 people to open and close the front door because whoever installed it, did it incorrectly. I paid the additional $300 to have the pool and hot tub heated, but the hot tub never got hotter than the pool. Also, if you want to run the jets, you have to call every time as it’s controlled remotely. This was never explained before I paid the fee. The house is shared with a studio rental. On the last day we were there, a man walked in and said hello. He was having difficulty finding the key to access the property as the check in instructions are vague. This was concerning as 2 single moms staying alone on the property.We were really disappointed. I would highly recommend passing on this one.

  House is clean and perfect for our get together! Shawn was responsive to our one request! There are two rentals on this property. We didn't deal with this during our stay but know you might be sharing pool, etc. during your stay. Great place!
