  Thr house was perfect and the back yard was amazing. The pool and spa were a little warm.but made for a nice swim in the evening.

• Awesome Add On to Main House

  We booked the casita in addition to the main house so we could enjoy the full compound. It was a great space for us and opened up to the pool area. Host was accommodating to us when we needed the pool or hot tub turned on, but it was a hassle to always have to text the host for our needs. Beautiful back yard! I know this is a new rental and they are the process of setting it all up. Huge potential for it being 5 star!!

  Very cute casita that was perfect for 3. Bed is very comfy and place was clean. Back yard is beautiful!

  The Wi-Fi was in and out and we never got the tv to work( we were not there long enough to need it) also we could have used a few more towels. The directions for getting to the front door does not state you go through back gate and people were in the pool in back yard because this is a shared area so I didn’t want to intrude. Also it would be nice if the door into the garage locked. Host was very nice and apologized for other house guests. I will for sure recommend this to others!

• Way Overpriced!

  After spending over $2,200 for 6 nights or roughly $370 per night, we experienced the following problems:

  • The TV and internet service worked erratically the first two days and then did not work the rest of the visit, even with the network setup and password.

  • There was very little storage for food and clothes.

  • Silverware, plates, bowls, cups were all plastic, except for coffee cups, and there was no sponge to clean items.

  • The TV, located over the kitchen sink, worked sporadically.

  • There was no Kleenex, wine opener, iron, blow dryer, bath mat, and the bathroom sink area lacked an outlet.

  • The windows and doors lacked enough blackout curtains for privacy.

  We were told by the Evolve Team that if items were not included in the listing, they did not have to be provided. The only issues we were told they could address would be the TV and internet problems of which they requested photos.

• Mixed Feelings, missing the little things

  Mixed feelings overall about our stay at this property.Booked last minute and was thrilled they had availability. We even requested to add an extra day post booking and they got back to us right away, overall communication was really good.Gave 4 stars for check in process only because casita lock box location isn’t well described and one of the doors sticks very bad you have to wrestle it daily.The cleanliness was ok. I’m very particular- so it might be fine for most. Hair on the walls and the floor of the shower/bathroom.Toilet clean on the topside but dirty underneath.No towel hooks or clothes hangers.The couch upholstery kind of dirty- so we just bought a sheet and tucked it over like a slip cover. We weren’t able to use the Keurig- it was full of scuzzy old water. We could have cleaned it, but not sure how long it had been that way didn’t want to risk itOutdoor grill was also dirty and the last occupants left all outdoor surfaces and grill utensils with grill grease and stuck food. Again- could have cleaned it- but who wants to clean someone else’s mess on vacation. Outdoor dining area furniture still in shipping plastic wrap.We paid last minute to heat spa- wish we hadn’t because it makes it just lukewarm.the pool was clean and great size for kids.Nice big yardGreat bargain for couple or small family close to lots of stuff- very noisy street nearby but felt safe.Seems like some little details of newer rental that need buttoned up
