House was great! But didn’t get cleaned..
4/5 The house was great, perfect location for a spring training trip if Peoria is the home ballpark for your team. The pool isn’t heated but it was nice. Really nice little outdoor area with a bbq and a putting green. The only issue I had with this rental was there was no cleaning crew that came to clean this house between guests. There were no clean towels and none of the beds were made. The property manager and owner were very accommodating and apologetic. I was refunded my cleaning fee. Still had a great trip!

• Our apologies that cleanliness wasn't up to our usual high standards. Upon your request, we immediately offered to send out our cleaning team. While this offer was declined, we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. This has been communicated to our cleaning team who will ensure closer attention to detail during the preparation of our home for future guests. To help rectify the issue, a refund of the cleaning fee was issued. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

5/5 Hard to find locations where all rooms have big beds. Minor issue with confirmation email stating to use last 4 digits of phone number rather than last 6, but was cleared up in less than an hour while we used the putting green.
