Good property and good value
5/5 I have stayed in a lot of vacay rental homes and this was one of the best places for the money. We will definitely stay here again if it’s offered at the same rate.

House is nice -
3/5 Overall the house was very nice. Very clean and property manager was incredibly nice. Only downside is only 1 TV in the whole house and the furniture is more decorative than it is functional. The one and only couch is beyond uncomfortable and has a huge painting literally sitting on it- making it even more Uninviting. The house is a comfy couch away from perfection.

Great location but needs TLC
3/5 Great location, however this house needs TLC. It looks remodeled but look closely and it’s apparent that this place needs to be finished. Missing base-boards and closets are in construction mode. Dirty windows don’t allow for a enjoyable view. Just needs to be cleaned.

It's haboob season in Arizona, so the house was cleaned, but when it rains, it causes the windows to get dirty more often. Thanks for bringing the closet and baseboards to our attention, we will get those repaired.”
