• Nice enough for a short stay

  Pros: The owner was very pleasant to work with and gave clear instruction on check-in/check-out processes, the house is in a good location, floors and counters seemed clean.

  Cons: Blinds on sliding doors in master bedroom and living room are broken with no curtains allowing visibility in from pool area and golf course, inside of dishwasher is scaley and smells awful, house has a musty smell that they attempted to cover with car fresheners in the air vents, pool had no less debris the evening after it was supposed to have been cleaned than it had the evening before.

  Place is very nice/ out dated on the plugins in master bedroom, master shower does nothing but trickle water so not good at all! Needs a lot of water pressure, Doll on dresser needs to be gone… wee bit creepy,, same with stuffed dog in the other bedroom. Lighting needs to be brighter,( Costco led day lights) should do the trick. Make sure if you are washing the mattress pads that you have extras to put on the beds that’s gross not to have one. For the amount of money we paid the pool should be heated. House was clean but not to my liking found a dog turd on floor. Fans blades were not cleaned, very dusty.

  - We are working on changing the shower heads out and this should be updated soon. The city controls the water pressure and while it is out of our control we are sorry this impacted your stay.
  - We will remove the porcelain doll and the stuffed animal from the shelf so this does not affect our guests.
  - We are constantly checking the light bulbs in the home and replacing them as needed.
  - We did not have a mattress pad on the master bed but we will look into adding one soon.
  - The listing states the pool is not heated and guests can see this before booking the home to determine if it is the right fit.
  - We take cleanliness seriously so we double-check the home after cleaning it before our guests arrive. We wish you had contacted us while there so we could have assisted you with these concerns and resolved them immediately.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Close to Stadium and decent value

  If you are looking for a spacious place close to everything, but immaculate cleanliness and an updated atmosphere is not that important, then this is a good value for the location and the space. It just needs some professional attention.The pros: The pool and patio very nice. We were close to everything and the neighborhood was pleasant and felt safe. The owner was super nice and more than happy to accomodate any concerns.The cons: Home and decor is dated and the outlets will not hold the latest phone chargers/plugs or a new hair dryer wand. They just fall out. I chalk it up the rest to my personal taste, like wanting newer mattress and pillows, sheets etc. Like I said, it was great for what we needed and the location is wonderful.

  Me, my daughters and their friends loved this house. It was beautiful and in a very good location. Would definitely rent again.
