CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your booking reservation
- Follow the instructions below:
- To unlock the door, enter your 4 digit code, listen for the deadbolt to engage, then turn the knob to the RIGHT
- To lock the door, press the logo (Schlage) button, listen for the deadbolt to engage, then turn the knob to the LEFT
- The deadbolt will disengage within a few seconds, so make sure you lock or unlock your door while the deadbolt is engaged
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM(violation of this policy will result in an additional night rental fee)
- Late Check-outs cannot be accommodated
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used towels in a pile in the laundry room (please wash used linens if time allows)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking in or around the property (including medicinal smoking)
- No pets allowed (any evidence of pets will result in an additional cleaning post-stay fee)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings (violation of this policy will result in a post-stay fine and immediate termination of your stay)
- Quiet hours after 9:00 PM. Please be courteous of nearby neighbors
- Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit
- People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
