Quiet and comfortable
5/5 Quiet neighbors and a nice neighborhood for walking out baby and dog. House had everything we needed and was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend and stay again.

Arizona get away
4/5 A Very nice area and a nice home for a business or personal stay great price and I would stay here again only negatives was grill was missing parts and I was sure if it worked and I suggest a cover for the couch. But overall a pleasant stay .

Good location
5/5 Overall, this rental property was what I needed for a place to stay and to be able to visit my family in AZ. It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. There were a few minor repairs that were needed, which I already communicated to the owner and that did not impact my stay there. What I did not know was that it is artificial grass, but appears to be very high quality. My AZ family let me know that artificial grass is common in the Phoenix area and that when the temps get hot there that I just need to run the hose on the "grass" and patio area to help cool it down for my dogs, who are just not used to a hotter area. But, there was an outside water hose that was very convenient for me to use. This is a nice house in a quiet area. I'm glad that I stayed there.
