Mostly Good
4/5 The home is in a great (quiet) neighborhood close to the ski resort. It has most of the amenities we needed in the kitchen but lacked sufficient blankets which were supplied upon request the next day. The heating in the home was very unbalanced and the people sleeping upstairs were uncomfortably hot while those downstairs were uncomfortably cold. A few issues came up and while it was challenging - maybe impossible - to get a timely resolution, it worked out okay in the end after many phone calls, emails and hours of waiting.
