  Super cute and comfortable home. Great location. Everyone enjoyed themselves. If we stayed again, I would bring a small space heater for the room with the bunk beds otherwise nothing needed. There was a pack and play and portable high chair which would have saved us some on packing… learning as we go- we used the crockpot they supplied etc. Great accommodations. Great home.

• Comfortable fabulous thanksgiving getaway

  I would give this place a 10 star review of fabulous!! As you walk in you are welcomed with a spacious remodeled home with all the details taken care of. Clean and simple western decor. Adorable home with beautiful views. Spacious for the 11 people we had and with yard and kids room everyone had their own space. We stayed 3 nights. Quiet location. I loved sitting and watching the sunrise through the trees behind house, gorgeous and relaxing.

  Electronic: WiFi was fast. 3 smart tvs with live tv. It had live tv and apps. we connected our own direct tv subscription to watch what we wanted. Everyone was happy, football in one room and kids shows in the other. The house was heated with the nest, easy to use.

  Kitchen: everything we needed from blender to make protein shakes to pots and pans. The kitchen had utensils, steak knives, coffee maker for individual or group coffee, crock pot, and toaster. And way more. Everything worked great and was super clean! A set of dishes for 12 which helped have less dishwasher running for hosting a group of 11 people.

  Kids: they had kids cups/plates and high chair. A great pack in play. (We did not use packinplay or high chair, but looked new and very clean).

  Kids room: bunk beds to fit 5 people to sleep and multi game table of mini pool table and foosball. They had stocked with games (Yahtzee, matching games, cards and monopoly) and more games and kids books. It was a great area to separate kids from adults. The kids loved this room and didn’t want to leave. They started crying not wanting to leave this fun home!!!

  Bedrooms: loved the clean and simple decor. Bed and pillows super super comfortable! 2 Extra blankets in closet and extra pillows too. Large closets to organize everything in. We loved the blinds that blocked out all light but easy to push up and allow all sunlight in during day.

  Bathrooms: very clean and lots of towels. Soft comfortable towels. Hairdryer provided. Hot water was great for 11 people to shower.

  Living area: 2 super comfortable couches and everyone was very cozy here over thanksgiving weekend.

  Laundry room: washer/ dryer worked great. Only ran one load but was great.

  Yard/parking: parking for 6 vehicles in large driveway. Large yard to play football and run around. It was fabulous!

  The turn into property is not marked well but easy to find with phone navigation. We had no problems finding.

  The host was the nicest and super responsive. We wanted to check in a day early because of a change of situation and they allowed and were so accommodating! We were so thankful! They saved our family thanksgiving with 3 different families meeting in flagstaff! We could not be more grateful! Thank you again! All of us want to come back next year and every year.
