  Great place. Really clean, comfortable beds, everything is super close by. Felt super homey .

• Christmas was a little stressful this year!

  Overall clean, plenty of space for a big party and has a variety of kitchen items and games to use. However, if you want privacy this is not the place. It states that it’s a 4-plex in the description but the pictures are very misleading. We got this house thinking our kids could go out and play in a private yard but that was not the case. That wasn’t even the biggest issue though. Three of the downstairs windows did not lock, called the owner to have it fixed and she initially said “oh it’s okay we have cameras.” Great so you’re going to have a video of us either getting murdered or burglarized? After further pressing, she said she would call first thing next day so the maintenance man can fix it up but that never happened. She never called or texted to follow up. My husband found what he could around the house to try and jam the window but at the end of the day we had to have our kids sleep in the room with us to feel somewhat at ease. Another privacy issue was the neighbor from the other units came asking for a package. Not something we want to deal with on top of everything else. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, if you’re going to host large parties, please have the house stocked. There are no blankets provided other than the comforters so make sure to bring your own if you’re coming during a cold time. This wouldn’t have been the biggest deal, except the heater was inconsistent. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t.

  - Thank you for mentioning that the property was clean with plenty of space for large numbers of guests, also the variety of kitchen items and games
  - We do not advertise a private space it is in the listing that this is a 4-plex and other resident will be on-site. Each unit does have a nice sized covered front yard to offer a place to hang out with a dining table, fire-pit, and corn hole
  - All the window locks work, we had a handyman check them out and he didn't find any issues with them. We would never put our guests in harm's way and want to ensure all future guests' safety
  - Fed-ex accidentally delivered a neighbor's package and it was brought into the house, because it was a Christmas gift they asked politely for it, we apologize for the inconvenience
  - We provide standard amounts of paper towels and toilet paper for all our guests if you needed more all you had to do was ask
  - We gave you 15 towels and then replenished them with 15 more, we don't mind providing them but we do provide a washer and dryer so that you don't need to ask over and over
  - We have extra blankets and would have been happy to provide them but you never asked
  - We were not aware the heater was not working until the next guest let us know, this has been looked at and repaired
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  Only problem we had was getting the key lock to work when we left the house. It took us about five minutes each time but we did it. I’m so glad we stayed at the property
