• Needs new cleaning crew

  The home it’s self is beautiful and spacious that’s the excellent part. The bad part is On the master bed we found hairs and a pink stick on nail in the master bathroom sinks were dirty and long mirror had hairs and splattered dry water . On one of the bedrooms nearest to the stairs by the bathroom we found an apply used eyelash same with the bathroom it wasn’t clean . The bed( s) felt like the wood was broken, blinds weren’t working some of them , a few small other details . Going down stairs the fire pit doesn’t turn off all the way , bathroom toilet had piss on the rim of the toilet seat under it , we found a pacifier and a pink kids furry toy behind the tv on the rug the kitchen fridge and microwave was dirty the fridge still had food in it and used the ice machine that comes with the fridge but it has like mold inside we’re the ice comes out we had to buy our own ice , their wasn’t enough dishes to use like for example a cheese shredder, their was no detergent to wash at least one load kids chair was dirty, and we didn’t have the password available to us for the wifi we had to get it our self’s because the one on the fridge is ripped off . We also didn’t have the code to the garage I tried using the code from the door but that didn’t work. I do cleaning for living and I can guarantee that that home wasn’t well cleaned and sanitized. Overall flagstaff is amazing place to visit and I will stay in this home if everything else gets done better .

• Great Space for Families

  The layout of the house and the yard were great for our group. We had plenty of space inside to sit and relax and thoroughly enjoyed a snowy day outside in the backyard. The house is updated with nice fixtures and appliances. There was a thoughtful coffee bar set up, which was so appreciated!We stayed during a winter storm and there was too much snow in the driveway to leave the morning after check in. There wasn't a snow shovel on the property. We contacted the manager and she arranged for the driveway and walkway to be cleared with a snow blower.A great place to enjoy the beauty of the Flagstaff Winter!
