  Shower head on second floor not working at all. I email the person who was assigned but only got a short email saying sorry for late reply. Back neighbors complained cuz we were outside talking, that makes the use of hot tub and patio useless since we cannot enjoy being outside on the fresh air. But beside those two we had a good time visiting Grand Canyon, Williams and driving around town.

We’ve confirmed that since air conditioning isn’t available at this property, we don’t market it as an amenity in the listing. We've followed up with the homeowner, and they would like to share that air conditioning is not fairly common in their area, and there are fans within most rooms to help keep cool.   Sleeps 10 yet there were only 5 plates available and mismatched cups. Not enough pans or cooking equipment (had to buy a pan while we were there). Two of the burners on the stove don’t light. Fridge won’t close and was dirty at check-in. Spa was dirty and there was no sanitizer where stated so we didn’t even get to use it. Owner asked not to use patio lights past 8pm due to complaints from neighbors and to keep the noise level down yet windows need to stay open because there is no a/c. Mold in upstairs bathroom. No washcloths in either bathroom. Driveway is very steep so no low profile vehicles. Nice gift basket out at arrival but overall was not very satisfied for the price.

  Hi Kelly, thanks for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
  - We're training a new cleaning team. They're catching on quickly, and the refrigerator has since been thoroughly cleaned
  - The mildew was inadvertently overlooked by the cleaning crew. It was due to the windows and the fan not being turned on while using the shower. It has since been removed and a sign is in place as a reminder to use the fan and open the window
  - More plates and glasses have been added for convenience
  - There are several pots and pans to choose from. There's one 10-inch frying pan, a deeper large pan, a wok, and a 2-tier steamer
  - The spa was found clean after you checked out. There is a professional weekly cleaning service and sanitizer has since been added to the bin
