Clean, safe home base
3/5 Good value for basic accommodation for a family group. Kitchen tools effective for family meals, enough space between living room and family room to allow separate adult/youth wind-down. Site manager very responsive, house was very clean inside. Large yard in natural state. Quirks like an old pair of comfy shoes. Nothing fancy, per the price, just a spot to base your sight-seeing adventures.

Property not clean issue and bathroom issue
2/5 We rented this property for 3 days and our experience was terrible. First garbage can was full of trash and back yard and side yard was very dirty beer cans and food everywhere also there is two bathroom but lock not work so need to tell everyone I’m using bathroom.This property says Full central air conditioner and Heater but there is no A/C.

Charming & Cozy Cabin - Great Location!!
5/5 Your property was beautiful and was very relaxing and peaceful and we loved it. This wonderful little cottage is located in between Flagstaff and Sedona...very convenient to the many outdoor activities that Flagstaff and Sedona has to offer. We loved the view of pine trees through huge cabin windows. At night we got a perfect view of so many stars right above our heads! We loved our stay. Adjoining 10+ acres land available for snow play and activities at no extra cost.... hope to rent it out again.
