Nice property
4/5 Nice property, exactly as advertised, clean, comfy beds, plenty of room for my family of 5. The little single bedroom was super cute as a private space for my oldest. We used the house as a launch point for Flagstaff, Sedona and Grand Canyon. If you have kids, would take them to Oregano's on Country Club just up the road, and def order from El Tapatio at least once.

Great homey stay
5/5 This was a great property to stay during our trip! Clean and homey and exactly as advertised. Near major access roads and amenities. Spacious enough to allow everyone room to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped.

Cozy and well stocked
4/5 Lovely home and well stocked kitchen. . . and very appreciative of the Christmas decorations including the tree.

A tired property
3/5 Property was adequate, but a bit tired. Could use quite a bit of touch up for banged walls, nicked corners and baseboards, broken screen, doorknobs. Also, Netflix and Amazon would not work on TV.

- The bathroom was just gutted and renovated and the house is accurately depicted. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations.
- We are sorry about the broken screen and door knobs. We will have our Guests Contact replace any broken screens in the house and look into what's going on with the doorknob. We're unsure of the issue with the smart TVs. We will look into this issue further to determine what the problem is.

5/5 We loved the way we felt at home here, great location, very quiet location, loved the decor and loved The fact that we got to sit in the evening and use the fireplace because it was a bit on the chilly side also great communication. Would love to come and stay again.
